Tonight's show at the Loony Bin in Tulsa was great. I'm really lucky that all the shows this week went well for me. I've never had a week where I walked away from every single show feeling good about myself and my sets. We almost didn't have a show tonight because there were only a handful of people at 7:50. The staff didn't even seat anyone until around 8:00 because they didn't know if we were going to have a show. Obviously we ended up doing a show; albeit an abbreviated one. I did seven minutes, Joe did about twenty-five and Rahn did thirty-five.
Again, tonight I did not use the microphone for my set because I wanted to remove subconscious obstacles. I did my time and as I have almost all week, worked on my friends-say-I'm-more-fun-drunk bit and my Mia Wallace bit. Both are coming along well; I am especially loving the new Abraham Lincoln part of the Mia Wallace story. I don't have to do anything tomorrow and have to be out of the condo and on my way to Little Rock by 11:00am Tuesday, so I'll probably work on Rahn's DVD and play some World of Warcraft. I can think of worse ways to spend a day.
