Uno de Mayo

Tonight I got to lead off the show at the Funny Bone. I did some of my suicide material, which I like, but probably needs to be delivered differently, and I finally found the sentence I've been looking for in the Mia Wallace joke; and I said all of the words in the correct order, it just wasn't timed perfectly. Next time. The show was good, and I got my set on my iPod. I'm still working on the whole laughing at my own jokes thing, and kind of wonder if I am thinking about it too much. I think once I find how I want to present myself on stage (this commonly known as one's "Voice"), I'll know the answer to the "do I laugh after my own jokes" question.

Check out my MySpace blog for jokes on which I'm working.
