I was mistaken yesterday, the list at the Funny Bone was not current. Matt Behrens didn't make a list last week. Which is fine with me, because he put me on second. I was very unprepared, because I was not expecting to go on, so I had about 15 minutes to look through my "Little Book O' Funny" and find the jokes I wanted to do. I'm not at the point yet where I have all of my material memorized. I have a couple 'bit's memorized, like the "class of two" set I do. You can look at that here.
A friend of mine said that "all stage time is good stage time". And that you're always better when you get off stage that when you get on. I comlpetely agree. Even when I have horrible nights I usually pick up some little tidbit of information that helps out in the long run. For example: don't get drunk until after you get on stage. Yeah, who'd have thought?
